RASPBERRY

Raspberry is an edible soft fruit related to the blackberry, consisting of reddish-pink drupelets, in the genus Rubus of the rose family. Raspberries are rich in diversity of phytonutrients such as anthocyanins, flavonoids, tannins (ellagitannins), and rheosmin (know as raspberry ketone). They can be eaten fresh, and are popular as a dessert fruit that can be tossed on top of any kinds of desserts. They also are good as pastry filling, baked goods, jams, jellies, smoothies, and syrups.
