Tangerine
Tangerine (Citrus tangerina) is a small orange-colored citrus fruit with a loose skin and tastes less sour and is sweeter than orange. Tangerines contain Vitamins C, A, folate, potassium, and are a good source of fiber. They can be eaten fresh, but more popularly used for desserts, sauces, syrups, jams, jellies, juice, and or with salad.
